The firm represents and counsels individuals and businesses that create and distribute analog and digital text, music and video content for the internet, television, film, radio, and print media (including network and cable television programmers) in negotiating distribution agreements, internet related agreements, and handling copyright, trademark and domain name disputes. Our related company, Big Rock Ventures, LLC provides introductions between film and entertainment producers and film financiers, so as to lead to mutually beneficial and compatible film projects.
