About Craig Delsack, Esq.

Craig brings wide experience and a wealth of distinctive skills to his law practice. Growing up surrounded by technology (his dad was an “IBMer” working on the Apollo space missions), Craig was always technologically-savvy — a curious kid who taught himself computer programming and eventually built his early career as a technology development and management consultant with Towers-Watson, Mercer, and Deloitte.

After consulting for a decade, Craig pivoted his attention to law, graduating cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Merging his technological knowledge and management consulting skills into his law career, Craig started with Morgan Lewis and Bockius as a corporate and real estate lawyer and then went to Skadden Arps in their technology and Internet group before he was lured to Greenberg Traurig’s television/technology/media and entertainment practice. His clients included international entertainment conglomerates, Chase Bank, The New York Yankees, Priceline.com, Fox Cable networks, Univision, and other household names before founding The Law Offices of Craig Delsack, LLC.

New York Business Lawyer Craig Delsack

Craig’s experience in the detail-oriented world of programming has taught him to “measure three times and cut once,” leading him to approach problems starting from a 10,000 foot perspective before drilling down to possible solutions. His years of management consulting experience adds to his skillset and enables him to craft business-pragmatic solutions.

Craig works with both startups and established companies in the areas of cannabis, corporate, real estate, technology, entertainment, and social media law. He provides practical and cost-effective “white-shoe big law firm” legal and business advice to individuals, startups, privately held businesses, and publicly traded companies. He is adept at recognizing and thinking through problems and finding new approaches to solving them.

I don’t know of many people who could say that doing business with their lawyer is a pleasurable, rewarding experience. I can honestly say that having Craig as my lawyer is all of those and then some. The work Craig has done for me is spectacular and represents the kind of thorough, complete results I most admire. There is no detail left undone. He has made any legal process (something I know both have no knowledge of and care for, but I know is necessary) quite effortless.  Most importantly, Craig completely understands my business and having him as a lawyer feels more like having a business partner. I can honestly say that one of the many reasons I look forward to owning and running a successful business is so that I can give him more work! It makes me proud and happy to say that ‘I love my lawyer!’ And I do.
